Viranod Buranasiri is a self-taught artist and photographer with a passion for abstract painting.

 

He was a finalist in Photographer’s Forum photo competition and a finalist in the 180 Year Thai-US Friendship exhibition. He won several Silver Awards and Honourable Mentions in the International Photography Annual (IPA) 2014, Honourable Mentions in the IPA 2013.

 

His photographic works have been published in The Magazine, Bangkok Post Publishing, since Dec 2013 to current. He had a solo painting exhibition, Rhapsody in Colour, in March 2014. Rhapsody in Colour was organised together with the Bangkok Post Foundation and was exhibited at the Emporium, Bangkok, whereby all his paintings were sold in the first day.
